Avocado Oil (+ extra for greasing parchment paper)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325℉
Line one large sheet pan with parchment paper and grease with a small amount of avocado oil. Set aside
Measure out raw cashews into a medium bowl. Set aside
in a separate, smaller bowl whisk together all other ingredients and pour over raw cashews. Toss until thoroughly coated
Pour cashew mixture out onto prepared sheet pan and spread evenly (be sure to scrape all liquid out onto sheet pan)
Bake for 10 minutes and stir. Bake another 10 minutes and stir again. Bake 5 more minutes, remove from heat and stir one final time
Allow cashews to cool fully before moving to an airtight container. Store at room temperature
