Sweet and Savory Sriracha Cashews

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Raw Cashews
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 2 Tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 Tbsp 100% Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Tbsp Avocado Oil (+ extra for greasing parchment paper)
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325℉
  • Line one large sheet pan with parchment paper and grease with a small amount of avocado oil. Set aside
  • Measure out raw cashews into a medium bowl. Set aside
  • in a separate, smaller bowl whisk together all other ingredients and pour over raw cashews. Toss until thoroughly coated
  • Pour cashew mixture out onto prepared sheet pan and spread evenly (be sure to scrape all liquid out onto sheet pan)
  • Bake for 10 minutes and stir. Bake another 10 minutes and stir again. Bake 5 more minutes, remove from heat and stir one final time
  • Allow cashews to cool fully before moving to an airtight container. Store at room temperature
