Truth be told, I can’t even remember when I first wrote this recipe… I just know that it was a LOOONG time ago. What I do remember though is that these cashews are absolutely delicious! They have a little bit of sweetness, a rich savoriness, and a hint of heat. They’re perfect for topping salads, ice cream, or just for snacking on. They’re also super easy to make, which is definitely welcome these days when it seems like there’s never enough time to get everything done.

Sweet and Savory Sriracha Cashews
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Raw Cashews
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha
- 2 Tbsp 100% Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Tbsp Avocado Oil (+ extra for greasing parchment paper)
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Ginger Powder
- 1/8 tsp Ground Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325℉
- Line one large sheet pan with parchment paper and grease with a small amount of avocado oil. Set aside
- Measure out raw cashews into a medium bowl. Set aside
- in a separate, smaller bowl whisk together all other ingredients and pour over raw cashews. Toss until thoroughly coated
- Pour cashew mixture out onto prepared sheet pan and spread evenly (be sure to scrape all liquid out onto sheet pan)
- Bake for 10 minutes and stir. Bake another 10 minutes and stir again. Bake 5 more minutes, remove from heat and stir one final time
- Allow cashews to cool fully before moving to an airtight container. Store at room temperature
